There are no words to describe how much I love hosting events, I am solo on the radio every night and I miss interacting with people on the mic. Hosting this event, I got to meet the amazing, award-winning Perth-born, Singapore-based Chef, Dave Pynto of Burnt Ends. Turns out we are exactly the same age and our highschools in Perth used to race each other in the interschool Catholic swimming competitions.
The exclusive dinner Chef Dave prepared spanned 3 spaces with canapes and dessert in the foyer of the art gallery, main courses in a secret dining room and kitchen out the back in a cool alleyway.
Guests were even able to pack their own Western Australia produce goodybag in a makeshift farmer’s market. We also gave away a trip to Perth.
